Hudaibiya Organic is a product-based digital network marketing business. This is NOT an investment scheme, ponzi scheme, or profit-sharing program. Income is generated through product sales, skill development, and consistent personal effort.
There is NO fixed, guaranteed, or promised income. Earnings depend entirely on an individual's performance, skills, product selling, and consistency.
There is NO joining fee in Hudaibiya Organic. Any amount paid is strictly for purchasing products and for access to digital tools, systems, and training resources.
Purchasing products does NOT automatically generate income. Income is earned only when products are sold, promoted, and business activities are performed actively.
All purchased products and digital systems are activated immediately. Therefore, all payments are REFUNDABLE in 2 days under any condition.
Hudaibiya Organic and its leaders do not guarantee success or specific results. Each member is solely responsible for their learning, actions, and outcomes.
Leaders and mentors provide guidance, training, and support only. They are not responsible for any member's income, performance, or failure.
Any form of fraud, misinformation, misguidance, or unethical behavior may result in immediate termination. This includes: misleading income claims; promoting other companies; speaking against team ethics; sharing false information.
Respectful and professional conduct is mandatory. Harassment, abuse, or unethical communication will lead to strict action.
All training materials, strategies, systems, and scripts are confidential. Sharing, copying, or forwarding outside the team is strictly prohibited.
Violation of company policies, ethics, or privacy may result in account suspension, permanent blocking, or legal action.
Hudaibiya Organic reserves the right to update or modify policies at any time. Members are responsible for staying updated.
Every bundle purchase starts an upgrade deadline (currently 15 days) to purchase the next bundle. If the deadline expires without an upgrade, the account is automatically locked: business features, team access, and the referral ID are suspended, while purchased courses remain accessible. The account is unlocked by purchasing the next bundle. The company may extend deadlines or grant grace periods at its discretion.
Members below the rank of Assistant Supervisor cannot withdraw earnings. All income accumulates in the member's wallet and may be used to purchase the next bundle. Upon reaching Assistant Supervisor, the remaining wallet balance becomes available for withdrawal.
